About Durgam Cheruvu-Water Fleet

Popularly known as Secret Lake Located amidst the rocky terrain in Jubliee Hills, this Secret Lake is now a haven for visitors with boating facilities, quietude & fishing activity with a Restaurant & Bar. It shimmers like a silver coin in the sun, enchants in the evening with a glittering cascade down rocks. It is just next to Madhapur, where the Hi-Tec City & Shilparamam Crafts Village are located. A.P Tourism organizes boating in the lake. Angling facility available @ Rs.100/- for 5 hours with a limit to 3 catch.

Starting with a boat facility on a small scale in 1998, today water fleet consists of (a) fifteen pedal boats, (b) two Shikaras, (c) five Putties. A floating fountain with a waterspout of 60 feet is an added attraction in the lake. It is illuminated at night. Boating around the fountain is a great experience.
