Mounted with pressure from political and social circles, Congress MP M Jagannath has apologised to the bank manager for physically assaulting him.
This comes after the Congress leadeship of Andhra Pradesh came heavily on the MP seeking public apology on the act.
" I tender unconditional apology," said the MP who allegedly slapped the bank manager claiming that the bank official was not distributing loans to SC/ST beneficiaries.
