Another case of ragging incident?

Despite the apex court issuing strong action against the raggings in colleges, cases of ragging incidents are reportedly on a rise in the State.

 This is a shocking reality with another incident revealed when an MCA student studying at the Vasavi Engineering College in Hyderabad committed suicide who has allegedly citied reasons as ragging by his seniors.

The 22 year old who appears to have jumped from a moving train has said this in his suicide note recovered from his pocket on Monday. His parents too asserted it as a case of ragging  while the college authorities denied the charges.

But Police failed to register it as a ragging case as there was no sufficient proof.--MP
